An unofficial redesign of TPG’s customer portal, built as a concept. Service status, next bill, plan and anything needing attention are answered on load, and changing a plan or moving home completes in the portal instead of ending in a phone number.

Lambert School

School reports without the Word templates.

Purpose-built reporting software replaced a repeatedly copied Word template. Teachers got one workflow, the moderator got live visibility of every class, and the school kept the report format it valued.

A new website for the club that has been the home of Tasmanian tennis since 1964. Membership, coaching, competitions and facilities each have a clear place, and court booking and member login link straight into the club’s booking system.
