See your software working before you pay a cent.
We're taking on 10 new clients, and we're building each one a working prototype free. Click it, question it, steer it. Only go ahead if you love where it's heading. And if you're ever not satisfied, you get your money back.

Somewhere in your business there's a job that quietly eats your week.
The spreadsheet only one person understands. The paper forms someone retypes every afternoon. The same numbers entered twice, in two systems, so mistakes surface a month late. You've thought about getting software built. Then you pictured paying for months of work you can't see until it's finished, and you put it off.
Fair enough. That's a real risk, so this offer removes it completely. We build your prototype free, you shape it while it's cheap to change, and the finished build is backed by a money-back guarantee. The risk sits with us, where it belongs.
02 How it works
Five steps. The first four cost you nothing.
- [01]
Tell us what eats your time
Fill out the form below with your project. Or just describe the manual process. Still on spreadsheets? Pen and paper? Perfect, that is exactly what we want to hear about.
- [02]
We get on the phone
A free call to talk through the project in plain language. You do the talking, we ask the questions, and you get a straight recommendation even if the answer isn’t us.
- [03]
You read the proposal
We write up scope, timing and investment. You give feedback, we adjust, and nothing gets built until we are both happy with it.
- [04]
You see the prototype. Free.
We build a working prototype and put it in your hands, at no cost to you. You see exactly what you are getting before you pay a cent. Love the direction? Then, and only then, we go ahead with the build.
- [05]
We make it fit perfectly
We finish the first build and you start using it for real. Anything that doesn’t fit, we are still here, tweaking until it does exactly what you need it to do.
The person you talk to on that call is the person who builds your software: founder Dominic Duke, more than a decade in, working from Hobart with businesses across Australia.
03 This already works
“Report season used to take over the whole school. Now teachers just log in and write, and I can see exactly who’s up to date without opening a single Word document. It has genuinely given us hundreds of hours back.”
“The booking form asks customers everything we need before they hit send. We spend far less time on the phone, and the requests that come in are ready to quote.”
- One client estimates our software has saved them around 300 hours
- 2,000+ downloads and 5-star ratings on both stores, for one app we built
- Everything we've shipped is still in daily use
The guarantee
Not satisfied? You get your money back.
Your prototype is built free. You only pay to take it to the finished build.
After launch, we keep tweaking until it fits how you work.
And if you're still not satisfied, your money comes back.
04 Straight answers
The questions you're probably asking.
Anything we haven't covered, ask on the call. You'll get a straight answer there too.
How much does it cost?
The prototype? Nothing. You see your software working before you spend a cent. The finished build is where typical software agencies charge a fortune, and we’re different there too: we run a tight team, we work efficiently, and in 2026 AI helps us move faster than we ever have. We charge by the project, starting from as small as $2,000, with flexible payment terms. And the exact number is in your proposal before the prototype is even built.
A free prototype? What’s the catch?
There isn’t one. We build the prototype free because it wins us the right clients: once you’ve clicked through your own software and seen where it’s heading, you don’t need a sales pitch. The prototype does the convincing. And if it doesn’t, you walk away owing nothing. We’re backing our work to be good enough that you won’t want to.
Are there any ongoing fees?
Yes, and they’re worth it. We keep your software running smoothly: servers, maintenance, security, backups and software updates are all handled, and support is there when you need it. You get software that just works, and a person to call when you have a question. The ongoing cost is spelled out in your proposal too, so there are no surprises later.
How long will it take?
That depends on what we’re building, so we won’t throw a fake number at you here. What we can promise: your proposal includes the timeline before you commit a cent, and you don’t wait until the end to see results. The working prototype lands in your hands early, so you always know exactly where things are.
What exactly is the prototype?
Working software you can click through, not drawings or mockups. It won’t do everything the finished product will, but it shows the direction: the screens, the flow, how your process fits into it. You get to steer while changes are cheap, instead of discovering problems after the build is done. And it costs you nothing.
I’m not technical. Is that a problem?
It’s the opposite of a problem. You know how your business runs, and that’s the expertise this project actually needs. Describe the process in your own words, messy parts included, and we’ll translate it into software. Every technical decision gets explained in plain language along the way.
Can it work with the tools we already use?
Usually, yes. Connecting the systems you already have, so the same numbers stop being typed in twice, is one of the most valuable things we build. On the call we’ll map out what you use today, and tell you straight what connects easily and what doesn’t.
What if it doesn’t fit how we actually work?
Then we change it. After the first build you start using the software for real, and anything that doesn’t fit, we keep tweaking until it does. And if you’re still not satisfied, the guarantee stands: you get your money back.
Why only 10 spots?
Because every prototype is built free, and built properly, by the same person who takes your call and writes the code. We can only carry that upfront work for so many projects at once. We’d rather do 10 properly than 50 badly, so the offer is capped at what we can deliver well.
